This information will assist AFGE in viewing the methodology used in the discussion between an employee and ADM Garcia and if the rationale for the ADM’s concern was safety related.
Copies of all 3ll4 incident alerts indicating within the San Diego District if any incident occurred as a result of a disruption caused by employees wearing ADDIDAS or so-called sweat clothing.
UNION’S PARTICULARIZED NEED: The annual personnel reminders indicate that employees can have clothing limitations placed upon them in case of disruptions. 3ll4s are the form used to indicate disruptive claimants and other similar issues and this information will assist AFGE in preparing its presentation and understanding any rationale for the meeting between the employee and her supervisor.
